Who this is for

Whether You're Deep in It
or Building Ahead.

Some operators come here because something needs to change. Others come because things are going well and they want to keep it that way, level up their team, and finally have a room of peers who get it. Both belong here.

The operator under pressure

Your managers are capable but still wait for you to decide

Standards slip the moment you step away

You're carrying the weight of leadership that should be shared

You know what needs to change but you're too deep in it to make it happen

The operator building ahead

You want your team developing, not just performing

You're looking for a peer group that actually challenges you

You want your GMs thinking like owners before problems start

You believe investing in your people now prevents chaos later

Either way -- you've never had a room built specifically for this. Until now.

The Leadership Circle

A Room Built for Operators Like You.

The Ride or Die Leadership Circle is a monthly membership for restaurant operators who want to build real leadership inside their organizations, with a peer group that holds them accountable and a framework that actually works.

This isn't a course. It isn't a webinar series. It's a room -- and it's built for people who are serious about doing the work.

The Room Itself

Operators and multi-unit managers sharing best practices, holding each other accountable, and speaking the same language. You won't have to explain yourself in here.

The Book Behind the Circle

Built Around the Loyal AF Framework

The Leadership Circle is the live implementation community for the Ride or Die framework found in Loyal AF. Every session, every tool, and every conversation is built around three pillars: Live the Mission, Attract and Train for Loyalty, and Leaders Not Babysitters.

Real Operators. Real Results.

No scripts. No actors. Just the people in the room.

From operators in the field

They Bet on Their People.
Their People Delivered.

"This is exactly what I needed and didn't know existed. A room where I don't have to explain what it's like to be an operator -- everyone already knows. Greg's frameworks cut through the noise and give me something I can actually use the next morning."

Sari Suzanne Seedorf -- The Yellow Carrot

"Greg told me we would be partners for life, and I cannot imagine going it alone without his support. Our profitability has soared, our staff is aligned and I am more confident than ever before about our future success."

Adam Hasley -- Flying Squirrel

"Measurable results. We decreased our turnover, increased sales and improved our guest satisfaction scores within the first 3 months of working with Greg's team. I'm a numbers guy, and that sold me."

Adam Lister -- Broken Yolk Cafe

"Restaurants are ever-evolving and full of surprises. Survive and thrive by getting grounded in the principles of this book and this community. Greg's work is the real thing -- practical tools that create real success."

Dean Biersch -- Co-Founder, Gordon Biersch Brewing Co.

"Greg has been a great partner for our brand. His ability to communicate concepts and turn them into actions that drive results is his super power. It's like his team is an extension of ours, which helps us tremendously."

Ken Dodd -- Pac Brothers Hospitality

"No amount of marketing dollars can replace the value of serving others with sincerity. I have known Greg for more than two decades and have watched him create extraordinary success in every restaurant and bar he has touched."

Fawn Weaver -- Uncle Nearest

Common questions

Everything You
Need to Know.

When do we meet?

The Leadership Circle meets once a month on Mondays at 11am PST for 60 minutes. Sessions are recorded and added to the member library so you always have access even if you miss one.

What framework does the Circle use?

Everything is built on the Ride or Die framework from Loyal AF. Live the Mission. Attract and Train for Loyalty. Leaders Not Babysitters. We work through it live every month with your real situations.

What is the member library?

The member library contains every session recording, all nine Ride or Die framework tools, and new resources added monthly. It's organized by the three pillars so you can find what you need when you need it.

Do I have to commit to a certain number of months?

Monthly membership has no long-term contract -- cancel anytime. Annual membership is billed once per year. That said, the operators who get the most out of this show up consistently and give the framework time to work.

I'm a single-unit operator. Is this for me?

Yes. If you're serious about building the leadership systems that will make scaling possible, you belong here. What matters is your commitment to the work, not how many locations you currently operate.

What's the difference between monthly and annual?

Both plans include everything. Monthly is $97 and gives you full flexibility to cancel anytime. Annual is $597 -- that's $49.75 per month, the best rate available.

The Room Is Open.
Stop Figuring It Out Alone.

Join a room full of operators who are doing the work, speaking the same language, and holding each other accountable to actually follow through.
