The Leadership Circle meets once a month for 90 minutes. The Leaders Lab also meets once a month for 90 minutes. Office hours are held once a month on a consistent schedule. Exact dates are confirmed with members at enrollment.

What is the Leaders Lab exactly?

The Leaders Lab is a monthly 90-minute session your GMs, shift leads, and high-potential team members attend. No other membership in the restaurant industry includes this for your team. It's included in your $197/month — no additional cost.

How does the office hours access work?

Once a month Greg holds a live open office hours session. You drop in with whatever is on your mind — no agenda, no appointment needed. Just show up and get real help.

What framework does the Circle use?

Everything is built on the Ride or Die framework from LOYAL AF. Live the Mission. Attract and Train for Loyalty. Leaders Not Babysitters. We work through it live every month with your real situations.

Do I have to commit to a certain number of months?
